About Lydia

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I'm Lydia and I have been apart of the creative arts world for as long as I can remember. I have been working in every avenue of the performing and creative arts world since I was a youth growing up in Savannah, GA.

I recently graduated with a BA in Theatre & Film from Sarah Lawrence in Bronxville, New York. I also studied at the National Theatre Institute for a semester at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Waterford, CT where I learned from the some of the best the theatre world has to offer. I just finished working as a Teaching Assistant for the Alliance Theatre in their Youth Theatre Program, and am moving back to New York to begin my professional work.

I have been incredibly blessed in my education thus far, working with incredible young playwrights producing their work from the ground up. I have also been lucky time and time again as an actor to step into roles that challenge, inspire, & scare me all at the same time. I have worked hard as an actor, producer, choreographer, director, lighting designer, and so much more. Each role has made my toolbelt that much stronger. I am excited to make sure this pattern can continue. I believe art is the key to so much, and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life creating with the fellow artists in this field.
